Ricciardi Napoli intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Ricciardi Napoli, the Customer is required to respect precise conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Ricciardi Napoli website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the indicated courier of Ricciardistore no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Ricciardi Napoli reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to camilla@ricciardinapoli.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, the Ricciardi Napoli customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - Shipping will be free.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. Inside the package,
All returned items will be inspected by the staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Ricciardi Napoli reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the items returned. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the CREDIT CARD (if the order was paid by credit card), APPLE/PAY credit (if the order was paid with Paypal) or BANK TRANSFER.
